I believe that IT in the Middle East it progressing rapidly especially in the last decade. Egypt is considered one the pioneers in this area of IT. However, the obstacles of developing and implementing new approaches in this area are as clear as the potentials.
In your opinion, how can the IT development in the Middle East can be enhanced?
